Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) position remotely and within corporate offices. The CFO will oversee all financial operations, including financial planning, managing financial statements, reporting, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Responsibilities include driving financial strategy, analyzing financial data, preparing detailed reports, and providing key insights to guide the company's decisions and strategic direction. The CFO will also collaborate with stakeholders to optimize capitalization for growth and sustainability efforts.

Qualifications
- Proficient in Financial Planning and Finance to develop and execute financial strategies.
- Strong experience in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting, with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
- Exceptional Analytical Skills to interpret complex financial data and inform decision-making processes.
- Demonstrated leadership and decision-making abilities in financial management roles.
- Comprehensive understanding of corporate finance and sustainability-driven financial strategies is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is required; an advanced degree (e.g., MBA) or CPA certification is a strong advantage.
- Experience in sustainable industries, carbon offset markets, or environmental finance is a plus.
