Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid Sales Representative role based in Seattle, WA with the flexibility to work mostly from home. The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and building relationships with salon clients, managing sales pipelines, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves conducting industry research, identifying new leads, and delivering presentations to prospective customers while promoting the sustainable mission of Green Circle Salons.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Sales and Client Relationship Management
- Proficiency in Lead Generation, Prospecting, and Pipeline Management
- Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Negotiation skills
- Knowledge of or passion for sustainability and environmental initiatives
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Experience working in the beauty, salon, or waste-management industry is an advantage
- Proficiency in CRM tools and basic digital tools is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is beneficial
