About Us

We are a fast-growing deep-tech aerospace company building next-generation aero engines for both defense and commercial aviation. Our current roadmap spans high-performance, jet-fuel propulsion systems for military UAVs alongside breakthrough R&D in green hydrogen–powered engines designed to decarbonize flight.

Our culture is rooted in first-principles thinking, hands-on experimentation, and fast-paced engineering. We are looking for engineers who are naturally curious, love digging into tough physics problems, and are excited to see their work take flight.

Location: KIADB Aerospace Park, Devanahalli, Bengaluru (on-site)

Employment type: Full-time

Experience: 1+ years

What You’ll Do

  • Design and develop liquid fuel injection systems and combustor architectures, taking concepts from high-level system requirements to production-ready hardware.
  • Build and deploy HPC digital twins using advanced multiphase and reactive flow simulations to evaluate and refine aerodynamic performance.
  • Bridge design and manufacturing by collaborating directly with internal fabrication teams and specialized vendors to turn CAD models into physical parts.
  • Own the test pipeline, from architecting test matrixes and plumbing high-pressure rigs to running ground engine hot-fires and incorporating advanced laser diagnostics.
  • Iterate rapidly by analyzing telemetry and experimental data post-test to drive swift design revisions.
  • Design plumbing systems (P&IDs) for high-pressure Jet-A liquid fuel and gas delivery, ensuring robust pressure regulation and rigorous component selection.
  • Uphold safety standards across all high-energy, high-pressure testing operations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate propulsion systems seamlessly into customer airframes and test platforms.

What You Bring

Core Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, with an emphasis on propulsion.
  • Hands on experience in handling fuels, high-pressure lines and fluid control systems.
  • Practical Experience with the Test Rig building, managing and operation.
  • Strong grasp of aerothermodynamics, combustion chemistry, and multiphase fluid dynamics.
  • Strong first-principles intuition and the ability to solve problems across multidisciplinary engineering boundaries.

Great to Have:

  • Hands-on experience working directly with gas turbine engines, combustors, or high-pressure spray rigs.
  • Practical familiarity with optical diagnostics (e.g., PIV, PLIF, shadowgraphy) and spray characterization techniques.
  • Experience modeling conjugate heat transfer (CHT) in high-temperature environments.
  • Working knowledge of high-temperature aerospace superalloys and precision manufacturing methods (CNC, additive manufacturing, EDM).

What You’ll Gain

  • Full-Lifecycle Ownership: Experience the entire journey of engine development—from early simulations and benchtop testing to ground runs and flight trials.
  • Frontier Tech Exposure: Work at the bleeding edge of propulsion, exploring transonic flow regimes, high-power density engines, and clean-sheet hydrogen technology.
  • Collaborative Mentorship: Work alongside veteran aerospace engineers who value bold engineering ideas over rigid bureaucracy.
  • Sustainable Pace & Perks: A standard five-day work week, comprehensive benefits, and an environment built around shipping real hardware.
