Grassroots Team is hiring Canvassers in Seattle to represent Greenpeace USA, one of the world’s leading environmental organizations. Join us in fighting climate change, ending toxic plastic waste, and challenging the fossil fuel industry — all while building a rewarding career in nonprofit advocacy.

? No experience necessary — full training provided! Outgoing, motivated individuals who enjoy talking to people are encouraged to apply.

? What We Offer:

? $23.76/hr base pay (Full-time canvassers meeting weekly goals can earn $30/hr with bonuses)

? Promotions & leadership track — grow to Field Manager, Field Director, or Canvass Director with industry-leading pay and training

? Benefits after 90 days: medical, dental, vision, 401(k)

? Up to 25 paid days off in your first year

Tuesday–Saturday | 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM | Flexible days

? What You’ll Do:

• Canvass door-to-door & in public spaces across Seattle
• Fundraise to power Greenpeace campaigns
• Engage people in meaningful conversations about climate and social justice
• Work outdoors and in your community while developing advocacy skills

• 18+ years old
• Outgoing, motivated, and comfortable engaging the public
• Comfortable with door-to-door work and outdoor activity year-round
