Role Description The EPR Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India. The EPR Manager will oversee Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) operations, including planning and implementing compliance strategies for producers and brand owners under relevant e-waste regulations. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with clients, recyclers, and government agencies, preparing and maintaining documentation and reports, tracking collection and recycling targets, and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements. The role involves monitoring performance metrics, managing vendor and partner relationships, conducting audits and assessments related to EPR fulfillment, and supporting internal teams with data, insights, and process improvements. The EPR Manager will also contribute to awareness initiatives, propose optimization of EPR processes, and support business development with technical inputs on compliance frameworks.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) frameworks, e-waste regulations in India, and environmental compliance processes.
- Experience in operations management, including coordination with stakeholders, documentation, reporting, and data analysis.
- Coordination and with vendors for arranging stocks in time for EPR
- Ability to interpret regulatory guidelines, prepare compliance documentation, and manage audits or inspections.
- Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and data management tools for tracking EPR activities and performance metrics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to engage with clients, vendors, and regulatory bodies.
- Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and adherence to timelines.
- Prior experience in e-waste management, producer responsibility organizations, recycling, or environmental services is highly desirable.
- Ability to work collaboratively on-site, demonstrate professional integrity, and adapt to evolving regulatory and business requirements.
