Job Summary

Own full P&L for Brazil business covering BESS, EV and Mobile Charging solutions, including utility‑scale, C&I and distributed segments. Responsible for end‑to‑end local operations: sales, solution design, project management, commissioning, after‑sales and full‑scope local team management. Align local execution with global HQ, deliver multi‑product business targets and build sustainable market presence.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Formulate Brazil multi‑product market strategy, budget and KPI breakdown; deliver annual revenue, shipment and project pipeline targets for BESS, EV and mobile charging.
  2. Develop distributors, EPCs, IPPs and key industrial clients; lead C‑level negotiation, bidding and commercial risk control across all product lines.
  3. Oversee full‑project lifecycle: pre‑sales solution design, project management, site commissioning supervision and after‑sales service to ensure on‑time, high‑quality delivery.
  4. Recruit, manage and develop cross‑functional local team (sales, solution, project, commissioning, after‑sales), drive overall team performance.
  5. Monitor local energy & e‑mobility policies, grid rules and competitor updates; feed market insights back to headquarters.
  6. Coordinate with HQ on demand forecasting, supply chain, pricing and risk assessment; align internal cross‑department resources.
  7. Maintain industry and stakeholder relationships to strengthen local brand influence.


Required Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Energy / Business related field; MBA preferred.
  2. 10+ years Brazil new‑energy B2B experience; minimum 10‑year hands‑on experience in BESS or e‑mobility business covering sales and project delivery.
  3. Proven P&L and cross‑functional team‑management track‑record; successful experience in MW‑level energy‑storage / EV‑related project delivery & partner ecosystem building.
  4. Solid knowledge of Brazil power market, e‑mobility regulation, tender and import compliance; existing connections with local EPC / IPP / industrial customers.
  5. Native Portuguese, business‑fluent English; Chinese or Spanish is a plus.
  6. Strong negotiation, cross‑team coordination & risk‑control skills. Experience at Chinese new‑energy OEM preferred.
