Project Management
Job responsibility:
- Responsible for the overall coordination and planning of the entire execution process of overseas energy storage projects, ensuring that project scope, schedule, cost, and quality objectives are achieved on time.
- During the pre-sales phase before contract signing, assist in identifying and assessing project delivery risks and schedule feasibility during contract review processes, and provide feedback and supporting recommendations.
- Responsible for receiving specific project assignments from senior management and, based on contract interpretation, preparing the overall project delivery schedule, defining phase objectives, and developing detailed WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) plans.
- Responsible for supervising risk analysis and identification throughout the entire project implementation process, performing appropriate classification and categorization of risks, formulating effective risk control measures, and following up on the implementation of mitigation actions.
- Responsible for coordinating with the commissioning department, EPC contractors, or project owners on equipment installation and commissioning, allocating commissioning engineer resources, and ensuring smooth project execution.
- Assist in completing preliminary work for key customers such as sample delivery and customer audits; maintain non-commercial relationship networks on the client side and help establish multi-level customer relationships.
- Perform other tasks assigned by leadership.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree or above, with more than 3 years of work experience in energy storage, photovoltaic, wind power, or related new energy industries; experienced in project development, management, and delivery of large-scale overseas or commercial and industrial energy storage projects; EPC project management experience is preferred.
- Strong English written and verbal communication skills; overseas work or living experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and coordination abilities; experience in engaging with foreign new energy businesses or international market clients is highly desirable.
- Familiar with the fundamentals of the energy storage industry and the basic working principles of battery products and energy storage systems.
- Strong risk analysis, identification, and control capabilities; able to assess and manage risks throughout the full project lifecycle and provide mitigation recommendations.
- Highly self-motivated and able to work under pressure; possesses a certain level of business sense and negotiation skills; proactive in carrying out assigned tasks and able to adapt to short- and medium-term domestic.
