About the Role

We are hiring a hands-on Compensation & Benefits Manager to support our U.S. business, with a primary focus on designing and implementing long-term incentive (LTI) programs .

This role is focused on execution and rollout , working closely with leadership and external legal/tax advisors to establish practical, compliant incentive structures.

What You’ll Do

  • Support the design and implementation of long-term incentive programs (e.g., profit sharing, deferred incentives, phantom equity)
  • Partner with external legal and tax advisors on structure, compliance, and rollout
  • Support compensation structures, salary reviews, and incentive programs
  • Assist in linking performance outcomes with compensation decisions
  • Provide compensation analysis and reporting to support business decisions

What We’re Looking For

  • 5–8+ years of experience in compensation / total rewards
  • Exposure to long-term incentives (equity / phantom / profit sharing)
  • Strong execution mindset and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with U.S. compensation practices and compliance
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Nice to Have

  • Experience with consulting firms (e.g., Mercer, Aon, WTW) or transitioning from consulting to in-house
  • Experience supporting incentive design or rollout in growing organizations
