We are seeking an experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our global executive team, based in Fremont, CA , to support the companys next phase of international growth and operational excellence.

Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee global operations, including manufacturing, supply chain, quality, delivery, and operational strategy.
- Drive operational scalability and efficiency to support rapid international business growth.
- Partner closely with the CEO and executive team to translate strategy into execution.
- Build and lead high-performing international management teams.
- Coordinate across global sites, including North America, China, and other key regions.
- Support major strategic partnerships and key customer engagements when needed.
Qualifications
- 10 + years' of executive experience (COO / VP / Head of Operations or equivalent) in EV, automotive, battery, energy, or advanced manufacturing industries.
- Proven track record of scaling complex organizations and global operations.
- Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution capability.
- Fluent in English; bilingual in English and Mandarin is strongly preferred.
- Excellent cross-cultural communication and stakeholder management skills.
