Main purpose of the job


Work with the Investor Relations (“IR”) team to implement a content strategy that proactively and effectively boosts the Company’s brand as well as brand awareness. This will involve devising the strategy and also creating the content, allowing you to take a leading role in the process from origination through to execution.


Responsibilities, duties and tasks


  • Leading on the creation of an effective content and communication strategy alongside the IR team and PR professionals.


  • Write content such as blog posts, guides and in-depth analysis to demonstrate the Company’s market leading expertise. This will involve working closely with senior leadership to produce articulate, expert and insightful content.


  • Create regular video content, including writing impactful scripts for both short format (Instagram/ LinkedIn etc) and long format (podcasts/ Q&A etc). You will also be able to produce the content by doing the recording and subsequent content creation/ editing.


  • Support the Company with brand visuals such as website branding, investor decks, graphics etc.


  • Proactively and independently manage the content calendar to ensure coordinated filming and editing to meet deadlines.


  • Work to provide a curated list of key targets for network and brand association/ collaboration.


Experience/Knowledge


It is essential that the post holder has:


  • A proven track record of working on content creation and strategy within a corporate environment.


  • Ability to both create and execute a content strategy. For example, the candidate will be able to film and edit productions.


Skills And Abilities


It is essential that the post holder has:

  • Strong written, oral and presentation skills and a willingness to appear on camera and engage with the target audience.


  • Strong skills on appropriate editing and creation software (Canva/ Storykit etc).


  • Attention to detail and discipline with multiple deadlines.


  • Self-motivated and pride in work product.
