The Operations and Maintenance Specialist is responsible for maintaining GoodLeap’s portfolio of installed energy systems. In this role, the specialist will collaborate with customers, installers, and service providers to troubleshoot system issues and schedule service visits when needed. They will manage a pipeline of open service tickets and efficiently follow‐through to completion. The O&M organization will always keep the customer as the priority. Quick action and excellent communication are paramount to help preserve the customer experience during system downtime and/or required repairs.
Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Monitor GoodLeap’s portfolio of installed systems for outages or system alerts
- Answer incoming customer communications (Phone/Email/SMS)
- Troubleshoot basic system issues with customers remotely
- Coordinate system repairs with installers and third party service providers
- Track and update open service tickets within GoodLeap’s CRM
Required Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:
- Customer service skills required
- Must be able to adapt to quickly learning new systems
- Intermediate Excel and CRM (Salesforce) knowledge
- Team player, collaborative, able to work with others
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Previous solar O&M experience preferred
Compensation: $24.04 per hour
