We are growing quickly and are looking for a Home Improvement Sales Business Development Professional to join the existing team of GoodLeap superstars. Having a background in Home Improvement sales is a must for this role! As a Sales Support Associate, you will be instrumental at helping new Home Improvement Contractors join the GoodLeap family. If you are excited about renewable energy, helping Home Improvement Contractors access superior loan programs, and working with a fun, energetic group, GoodLeap is home.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Increase production of assigned contractors to hit targeted individualized sales goals based on Launch Pad reporting. Contractor assignments will start 3 to 4 months after start date.
  • Conduct trainings focusing on sales, admin functionality, audits and Goodleap technology.
  • Proactively identify, qualify and sign prospective GoodLeap partners
  • Source new partnership opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
  • Clearly and concisely articulate the GoodLeap value proposition through web presentations and phone calls
  • Develop a comprehensive knowledge of GoodLeap products and attributes, understand customer needs and requirements and help the two connect
  • Work in collaboration with Business Development Directors to ensure partner success
  • Innovate on sales processes, pitches, and approaches; provide feedback and enhancements, collaborate with other GoodLeap teammates to continually improve a new initiative within a growing company
  • Clearly explain and position technical issues such as financial products and legal agreements
  • Provide best in class business intelligence driven guidance to your assigned partners to aid their growth and development
  • Interact with Executive team members to develop new and enhance existing programs

Required Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:

  • 2+ years prior B2B sales experience
  • 4-year degree a plus
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to shift priorities to best meet goals
  • Ability to multitask in a high paced environment
  • Very strong written and verbal communication a must
  • Acute attention to detail
  • Proficient with Salesforce.com, Docu-Sign, Microsoft Office
  • Ability to articulate complex concepts clearly
  • Be amazing, charismatic, organized and have the ability to think on your feet
