Join our Technology team as a Transformation Project Manager – Pricing, stepping into a pivotal role following our acquisition by Esyasoft. This is a high-impact, hands-on opportunity to own the deployment of a critical pricing software system, directly enabling our accelerated growth and competitive market position. You will be instrumental in building the infrastructure for Good Energy’s next phase, requiring a flexible, disciplined, and proactive approach to deliver this complex transformation project.
Responsibilities:
- Project delivery: Own and coordinate the delivery of the project, including planning, risk management, and prioritisation of different workstreams across all workstreams to ensure on-time delivery.
- Documentation & meetings: Maintain appropriate project documentation and chair required project meetings.
- Stakeholder management: Manage day-to-day relationships with external partners and keep internal stakeholders updated on progress in governance forums.
- Requirements management: Working closely with project stakeholders to ensure that business requirements are met, including continuous review and refinement of those requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Change gap analysis: Own and deliver assessment comparing existing operations and requirements with to-be solution, across systems, processes, customer journeys.
- Cross-functional alignment: Liaise with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to maintain momentum and alignment across teams.
- Customer-Centric Delivery: Champion the customer voice and journey at the forefront of all interactions.
What you'll need to succeed
We’re seeking a dynamic, results-driven Project Leader with comprehensive Business Analysis capabilities, skilled in navigating and leading complex, cross-functional projects. You must be adept at working fluently across various project methodologies (Agile/Waterfall) and environments. Your ability to strategically govern external partners and cultivate strong, trusted relationships that drive optimal commercial outcomes is essential. Above all, you must be highly self-motivated with a singular focus on delivery and possess exceptional communication skills to effectively influence and align executive and technical stakeholders.
Essentials
- Proven ability to drive and deliver complex, cross-functional projects, expertly translating technical or industry-specific complexity for diverse audiences.
- Direct experience governing and strategically managing third-party vendors or external implementation partners to ensure critical outcomes are met.
- Exceptional communication skills, with a proven ability to tailor messaging to influence diverse stakeholders and maintain absolute clarity.
- A solution-oriented mindset capable of anticipating and resolving critical project roadblocks and driving necessary technical and business dialogues.
- Demonstrated high level of autonomy, self-motivation, and the ability to independently drive momentum in fast-changing environments.
- Practical working experience leading projects within both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.

Hybrid working explained: When and where you’ll be in the office
Our office is based in Chippenham, Wiltshire. For this role, we're looking for candidates who can come in to our Chippenham office, once a week based on location.
We offer both formal and informal flexible working options. Full-time hours are 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday.
