Project Manager – Renewable Energy & Infrastructure

About the Opportunity

We are seeking experienced Project Management professionals to support large-scale renewable energy and infrastructure projects throughout the United States. Opportunities are available at the Assistant Project Manager, Project Manager, and Senior Project Manager levels depending on experience.

These positions will work closely with field leadership, owners, subcontractors, vendors, and internal project teams to ensure projects are safely executed, financially successful, and delivered according to schedule and contractual requirements.

Candidates should be strong communicators, organized, solutions-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management

  • Support or lead the overall planning and execution of assigned construction projects
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and cost projections
  • Monitor project performance and identify potential schedule, cost, and operational risks
  • Coordinate project activities between field operations, engineering, procurement, vendors, and subcontractors
  • Ensure project documentation, reporting, and financial information remain accurate and current
  • Participate in project meetings with owners, clients, subcontractors, and internal leadership
  • Assist with resolving project issues and developing practical solutions

Financial & Contract Management

  • Track project costs, commitments, billing, and financial performance
  • Assist with procurement, subcontractor selection, and contract negotiations
  • Review subcontractor and vendor agreements for scope, pricing, schedule, and risk
  • Manage change orders, claims, and contract modifications
  • Prepare owner billings and support monthly financial reporting
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining project quality and schedule

Project Execution

  • Work with field leadership to establish project priorities and execution plans
  • Monitor progress against established milestones and schedules
  • Coordinate material procurement and delivery requirements
  • Support quality control and safety objectives throughout project execution
  • Maintain strong relationships with owners, clients, vendors, and trade partners
  • Ensure project requirements and contractual obligations are being met
