Role Description The Human Resources Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in JP Nagar, Bangalore. Five days a week, Monday to Friday, from the office. This role reports to the HR Lead and is responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, documentation, and record management. The Human Resources Associate will assist in organizing training and coordinating performance reviews. The role includes responding to HR-related queries, maintaining HR policies and procedures, and helping ensure compliance with organizational standards. The associate will collaborate with internal teams to support recruitment, interviews, and new hire integration, contributing to a positive and inclusive workplace culture.


Qualifications

  • Candidates must speak fluent Kannada and English.
  • Candidates should possess skills in Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Operations to effectively support daily HR functions.
  • Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to interact with employees, stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Candidates should possess skills in Training & Development to assist in organizing learning programs and capacity-building initiatives.
  • Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field are preferred.
  • Prior experience in HR support roles, familiarity with HRIS tools.
