1. Journeyman-Level Solar Installers

Responsibilities:
* Lead the installation of solar photovoltaic (PV) systems on residential and commercial properties.​
* Interpret and execute plans and schematics accurately.​
* Ensure all installations comply with local and national electrical codes.​

Requirements:
* Minimum of 2 years of solar installation experience.​
* Proficiency in electrical wiring and conduit installation.​
* Strong leadership and team coordination skills.​

2. Mid-Level and Entry-Level Solar Installers

Responsibilities:
* Assist in assembling, mounting, and securing solar modules, panels, and racking systems
* Support site assessments and prepare layouts for solar installations
* Maintain tools and equipment in excellent working condition.​

Requirements:
* For mid-level positions: 1 year of solar or relevant construction experience.
* For entry-level positions: a strong desire to learn and grow in the solar industry.​
* Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions.​

General Qualifications for All Positions:

* Ability to work well in a team environment.​
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.​
* Willingness to travel to various job sites as needed.​
