Responsibilities:
* Lead the installation of solar photovoltaic (PV) systems on residential and commercial properties.
* Interpret and execute plans and schematics accurately.
* Ensure all installations comply with local and national electrical codes.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 2 years of solar installation experience.
* Proficiency in electrical wiring and conduit installation.
* Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
2. Mid-Level and Entry-Level Solar Installers
Responsibilities:
* Assist in assembling, mounting, and securing solar modules, panels, and racking systems
* Support site assessments and prepare layouts for solar installations
* Maintain tools and equipment in excellent working condition.
Requirements:
* For mid-level positions: 1 year of solar or relevant construction experience.
* For entry-level positions: a strong desire to learn and grow in the solar industry.
* Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions.
General Qualifications for All Positions:
