Go Eco HVAC & Smart Home Solutions is opening our Maryland office and we’re looking for hungry, motivated HVAC Field Sales Closers to run 6–8 pre-set, qualified appointments per day. No cold calling, no door knocking – just show up, present, and close.

Compensation (highest in the market):

  • $1,500–$2,500 commission per closed deal

  • Average closers average $2,000+ per day

  • Top reps hit $8,000–$10,000+ per week

  • Same-week payouts

We Provide:

  • Daily pre-set, qualified leads (no prospecting)

Your Role:

  • Run in-home presentations on pre-set appointments

  • Build trust, present solutions, and close HVAC & smart-home upgrades

  • Track sales and coordinate with our Maryland office team

We’re Looking For:

  • Proven closers with in-home sales experience (HVAC, solar, windows, roofing, pest, etc.)

  • Strong communicator with serious drive

  • Reliable transportation to cover local appointments

  • Competitive, goal-oriented, and ready to earn
