As we scale to meet fast-growing demand, we’re expanding our Data Operations team and investing in senior associate(s) to support our operational needs: delivering consistent, high-quality data deliveries across every client. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the systems and processes that will power climate action at enterprise scale.



Job Overview:

The Senior Associate, Data Operations Team is responsible for the timely delivery of accurate sustainability data for multiple clients in a compliant and audit-ready manner using the GLYNT.AI system. The Data Manager is focused on data health and ensuring that client needs are continuously met. 


The Senior Associate owns the day-to-day oversight and management of selected client implementations and is a team member for the on-time and accurate delivery for other client implementations. The position requires strong self-management skills, as the Senior Associate will be working on multiple client projects everyday. 


Primary responsibilities will be to contribute to multiple simultaneous projects within the GLYNT platform. This includes assessing the health and accuracy of AI/ML models, monitoring of technical and operational workflows, managing by KPIs, and contributing to areas of improvement. 

The candidate must be comfortable in all aspects of data analysis and data prep, with attention to detail and interest in using strict compliance and auditable controls around the various workflows. GLYNT.AI is a fast paced, results oriented environment.


Responsibilities:

  • Perform everyday duties to support client implementations and data quality.
  • Provide regular reporting of activities to internal stakeholders.
  • Assess the current health and accuracy of AI and ML models leveraged within the data delivery pipeline 
  • Manage all data flows via quantitative KPI and OKR metrics.
  • Coordinate with the data innovation specialist and senior leadership to problem solve and innovate as needed.

Core Competencies:

  • Highly proficient in Excel and data analysis tools, demonstrating your ability to use the GLYNT.AI tools that enable rigorous data preparation for large data sets. 


  • Technical undergraduate degree or equivalent in previous experience, demonstrating affinity for detailed and systematic analyses.


  • Demonstrated attention to detail and a perspective that goes beyond individual data items into a system view.


  • Comfortable understanding workflow and process diagrams built in Visio, Lucid or other process mapping tools.


  • Excellent communication skills - verbal and written, creative problem-solving, effective decision making, ability to diffuse difficult situations, 


  • Demonstrated track record of self-management, via projects or previous employment experience.


Required Qualifications:


  • Technical undergraduate degree or equivalent in previous experience, demonstrating affinity for detailed and systematic analyses.


  • Must be available to work during the hours of 7 am GMT/BST - 2pm GMT/BST 


  • Must be able to meet with the GLYNT.AI London team at the GLYNT.AI London office at least once per week.
