We’re looking for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee solar installation projects from initiation through completion. This is a remote position with full company support and great benefits.
Position Overview
The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating internal teams, contractors, and customers to ensure successful and timely solar project delivery. You’ll manage project timelines, budgets, and communication — ensuring each customer enjoys a smooth and professional installation experience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage multiple solar projects simultaneously, from contract signing to system activation.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, field crews, and internal departments.
Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource schedules.
Monitor project progress and proactively address delays or issues.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and permitting requirements.
Maintain accurate documentation and update internal systems regularly.
Coordinate closely with sales, engineering, and operations teams to ensure on-time delivery.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred (Engineering, Business, or related field).
2+ years of experience in project management (solar or construction industry preferred).
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders remotely.
Proficient with project management software (Asana, Trello, or similar tools).
PMP certification or solar industry experience is a plus.
