We are seeking a Solar After-Sales Technical Support Engineer based in Texas to support technical service and customer support for solar PV-related products and projects.

The ideal candidate will have 5–10 years of experience in the solar, renewable energy, electrical, or related technical service field. This role is suitable for a younger, hands-on technical professional who can support troubleshooting, customer communication, and after-sales service activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide after-sales technical support for solar PV products and related systems.
  • Assist with troubleshooting, technical enquiries, and service coordination.
  • Communicate with customers, local partners, and internal technical teams.
  • Support site visits, issue follow-up, and basic service reporting when required.
  • Help ensure timely and professional resolution of customer technical issues.

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of relevant experience in solar PV, renewable energy, electrical, or technical service roles.
  • Basic understanding of solar PV systems, inverters, or related electrical equipment.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel within Texas or nearby areas if required.
  • Mandarin language skills preferred.
