Marketing Associate - Global Conferences
You will support our international conferences team on events covering clean energy and clean mobility sectors. The work is a mix of research, outreach, and campaign execution. You will learn how a conference gets built and sold from the ground up, and you will be talking to senior industry people from early on.
No prior conference experience needed. You will be trained on the sales process, the CRM, and the sector.
What You Will Do
- Research target organisations and build contact lists of decision-makers across government agencies, transport authorities, and industry
- Support delegate outreach by email, phone, and LinkedIn
- Help build and send email marketing campaigns, and track how they perform
- Draft social media posts and marketing copy for review
- Keep CRM records and campaign data accurate and up to date
- Assist the sponsorship team with prospect research and follow-up
- Provide support during conferences
Who You Are
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA welcome but not required
- Clear written and spoken English — you will be writing to senior people
- Organised, and comfortable managing repetitive detail work accurately
- Target-driven with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
Useful Skills
- Excel and basic data handling
- Email and Word
- PowerPoint, Google Slides, or Canva
- Familiarity with LinkedIn for research and outreach
