About The Role and The Team
We are excited to recruit a passionate CCS policy expert to join our Global Research and Analysis team on a full-time permanent basis. Ideally based in the UK, this role is primarily remote and will be pivotal in maintaining the Institute’s momentum in external engagement, policy influence, and thought leadership across Europe.
As a PLRC Lead (Research) within our Global Research and Analysis team, your experience in external engagements and conducting in-depth research and analysis will be essential in providing authoritative insights on CCS policy, regulations, and market trends. Your strong communication skills will enable you to translate complex data into clear, accessible content for diverse audiences, including clients, policymakers, industry stakeholders, and the public.
Your Contribution and Impact
- Bring your European CCS policy and regulatory knowledge, understanding of the European governance structures and/or technical expertise to help shape the Institute’s voice on CCS policy, regulation, public understanding, and industry development across Europe.
- Deliver high-quality technical content and/or research outputs, and policy/regulatory analysis that support our external engagement and strategic initiatives.
- Foster positive relationships with internal teams, members, and external stakeholders globally, enhancing collaboration and influence.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to be a collaborative team player, confident and flexible in your working style. Being a primarily remote based role with occasional in-person meetings, it is essential that you are comfortable working independently within a global workforce and able to adapt to different time zones when required. Your excellent technical writing, stakeholder management, and communication skills will be crucial, in aligning with our core values of integrity, quality, and collaboration.
