What You’ll Be Doing


Strategy & Planning

  • Lead the development of decarbonisation roadmaps, net-zero strategies, and sustainability action plans across corporate, government, and infrastructure clients.
  • Translate complex environmental data into actionable, long-term strategic recommendations.

Carbon Accounting & Analytics

  • Oversee Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions calculations and ensure alignment with GHG Protocol and international standards.
  • Identify reduction opportunities, assess climate risks, and guide clients on energy-efficient and low-carbon solutions.

Sustainability Frameworks & Compliance

  • Apply advanced knowledge of global sustainability frameworks, including CSRD, IFRS, TSRS, GRI, CDP, ISO 14001, ISO 14064, TCFD, and SBTi methodologies.
  • Interpret climate-related regulations and standards (e.g., PAS 2080) and integrate them into client strategies.

Project Leadership

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of sustainability and climate advisory projects, ensuring high-quality documentation, coordination, and reporting.
  • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions, capturing insights and shaping solution development.

Digital & Innovation

  • Use digital tools, dashboards, and data technologies to improve sustainability performance and reporting processes.
  • Promote innovation by staying informed about emerging trends, climate policies, and best practices in sustainability.

Collaboration & Client Engagement

  • Work closely with senior leaders, technical experts, and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful sustainability outcomes.
  • Build strong client relationships and support business development through thought leadership and advisory excellence.


What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in sustainability consulting, climate strategy, corporate sustainability, or environmental management.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (Environmental Engineering, Sustainability, Climate Science, Business, etc.).
  • Strong expertise in carbon accounting, sustainability reporting, and ESG strategy development.
  • Hands-on experience with frameworks such as CDP, SBTi, TCFD, IFRS/ISSB, TSRS, GRI and related regulatory environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex environmental data and translate it into clear, strategic guidance.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and project leadership capabilities.
  • Enthusiasm for continuous learning, innovation, and contributing to a collaborative team culture.
  • Based in Istanbul; comfortable with a hybrid work model.
