Intern (m/f/d) in Communication and Event Management - Transport and Climate Change
Transport is responsible for around a quarter of energy-related CO2 emissions worldwide. To achieve the Paris climate targets, a transport transition and extensive decarbonisation of transport by 2050 is necessary. Among other projects in the GIZ’s transport cluster, The Mobilize Net Zero project supports governments in their commitment to decarbonise transport through building international partnerships. By facilitating knowledge exchange and peer learning as well as by raising awareness among policy makers, the project aims to accelerate the transition towards sustainable transport systems. The project is funded through the International Climate Initiative (IKI) of the German Federal Ministry for the Environment, Climate Action, Nature Conservation and Nuclear Safety (BMUKN).
