Your Role

While we encourage you to take ownership of your role and spend time on areas that you find exciting, the following tasks are likely to be a part of your role:

• Assist in the preparation and execution of fundraising initiatives, including dataroom preparation and investor relations workstreams
• Conduct market research to strengthen the company’s fundraising narrative
• Assist with outreach and meeting scheduling for fundraising activities
• Research and update our investor rolodex for both venture fundraising and project financing efforts
• Contribute to structuring P&L and developing financial forecasts to support business planning
• Provide support for legal functions, including fundraising documentation and contract reviews
• Any other projects as required

Your Credentials

• Penultimate undergraduate student graduating in 2026/27. Recent graduates are also welcome to apply
• Prior internship experience is preferred, ideally in Corporate Development, Investment Banking, Investor Relations, or other related functions
• Very strong attention to detail, meticulous and organised with managing information
• Comfortable with financial models
• Entrepreneurial spirit, proactive, and willing to get your hands dirty
• Ability to solve problems creatively, manage projects and multiple tasks effectively, and constantly on the lookout for ways to do things better
• Excellent communication, organisational and follow-up skills
• Thrives in a rapidly growing and radically changing environment and wants to help us turn GetSolar into the next VC-backed unicorn
• Interested in sustainability and renewable energy

Contract type and location

You must be able to commit for a minimum of 6 months, up to a maximum of 9 months. The role will be based in Singapore with a February 2026 start date.
