The Opportunity


You’ll be responsible for helping business owners in Singapore get solar through our Rent-to-Own model. From initial inquiries to finalising their rooftop solar plans, your aim is to convert business owners to solar believers. You’ll also work closely with our cofounders and be a core part of our mission to accelerate solar adoption in the region.


Work will involve some travel within Singapore for site visits or partnership events. No experience on rooftop solar PV systems required. ?


Your Role


  • Manage inbound sales leads from our online solar calculator (https://calculator.getsolar.ai) and other channels
  • Engage prospective customers through Discovery Calls to evaluate needs and qualify opportunities.
  • Drive top-of-funnel lead generation through proactive outbound sales and collaborative marketing efforts
  • Identify, evaluate, and establish new opportunities for events and partnerships
  • Drive data analysis and Sales-Ops by tracking the sales pipeline and analyzing conversion rates
  • Develop,execute, and manage B2B marketing initiatives, ranging from pre-sale lead generation campaigns to post-installation case studies and client testimonials
  • Support lead follow ups and proposal drafting
  • Any other projects as needed


Your Credentials


  • Highly motivated, independent, and results-driven with an entrepreneurial spirit; genuinely excited to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Comfortable with data and analysis; a background in marketing and/or engineering is a bonus
  • A people person: friendly, loves interacting with others and taking up sales calls; customer-centric and self-driven in engaging stakeholders
  • Comfortable with rejection and highly persuasive with a proven ability to sell
  • Strong willingness to learn and pick up new skills
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and deal with ambiguity
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; able to communicate in Mandarin
