Your Role
- Lead Vietnam market entry, including go-to-market strategy, hiring of launch team (sales and operations), set-up of regulatory and operating systems and coordination with HQ
- Work closely with our CEO to validate product-market fit, pricing, unit economics, and localisation of GetSolar’s Rent-to-Own solar model
- Personally drive early revenue by closing initial customers, building inbound and outbound funnels, and establishing repeatable sales processes as a Sales Lead
- Build and manage high-quality installer, supplier, financier, and service-provider partnerships to ensure reliable execution and cost discipline
- Hire, onboard, and develop the first local team across sales, operations, and administration, while building a strong performance culture
- Establish scalable internal processes, reporting, and governance to support rapid growth
- Own Vietnam P&L, budget discipline, and operational performance, running regular business reviews with senior leadership
Your Credentials
- 5–8 years experience with high-growth startups in business development or sales roles
- All-rounded operator skill set, detail-oriented, and a can-do attitude
- Proven ability to execute in ambiguous environments; experience building something from zero is a strong plus
- Proven track record achieving P&L and/or sales targets, with strong understanding of business development and operations
- Fluent in English and Vietnamese
- Comfortable working with diverse teams across multiple locations

Contract type and location
This is a full-time role based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
