The Role

Build our B2B enterprise sales engine. Take ASI from our lab to Fortune 500 companies, governments, research institutions, and healthcare systems. Own $50M+ pipeline.


What you'll do:

− Land anchor customers in biotech, energy, government

− Build enterprise partnership model

− Develop vertical sales strategies (healthcare, climate tech, energy)

− Lead sales team building (5 − 15 person org)

− Close deals that change the world

− Work directly with CEO and CTO


Who We're Looking For

You are:

− 2−4 years B2B enterprise software sales experience (SaaS, deep tech, or research software)

− Gen Z with Master's degree (Business, CS, Physics, or adjacent)

− Discord native − understand community and async work

− Motivated by impact, not just commission

− Located in Switzerland or willing to relocate


You have:

− Track record of closing $100K + enterprise deals

− Network in tech/biotech/energy/government

− Ability to explain complex AI/science to executives

− Comfort with ambiguity (we're building new markets)

− Sales quota discipline


Ideal:

− Background in biotech, pharma, energy, or climate tech

− You've sold "moonshot" products before

− You understand why ASI matters existentially
