Role Description
This is an unpaid volunteer remote role for a Resource Mobilisation Specialist. The specialist will be responsible for identifying and securing funding opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with donors, drafting proposals, and preparing reports. The role will also involve strategizing and implementing fundraising campaigns, conducting donor research, and supporting resource management initiatives in alignment with organizational objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate funding opportunities and assess data effectively
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain relationships with donors and stakeholders
- Experience in Resource Management and Training for organizing and executing fundraising or capacity-building initiatives
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with diverse teams
- Previous experience in fundraising, grant writing, or nonprofit work is highly beneficial
