Job Description Summary

  • Manage Sourcing Daily Management in partnership with sourcing regional and functional leaders, as well as Hydro stakeholders
  • Develop and manage Sourcing Dashboard ecosystem and metrics (key performance indicators), providing to regions and functions visibility with data to run operations efficiently.
  • Coordinate Load Model with Sourcing Regional Leaders and Sourcing Functional Leaders and manage Productivity plan execution.
  • Manage Hydro Sourcing Tools Landscape to ensure smooth execution, continuous improvements and lead tools development when needed.
  • Lead Specific Sourcing initiatives.

Job Description

  • Execute Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly Sourcing Data Analytics to monitor key metrics to support Regional and Global Sourcing leaders. Manage Hydro Sourcing Key Performance Indicators and support initiatives for improvement.
  • Develop and manage an automatized Sourcing Dashboard ecosystem part of Sourcing leader standard Work to enable operational excellence on Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost.
  • Coordinate with Materials Management team Load Model creation, to support Regional and functions leaders evaluating the short, medium, and long team load of the Commodity Leader, procurement, Supplier Quality and Transport and Logistics teams. Support the creation of Productivity plan, with continuous improvements driven by Tools enhancement of process simplification.
  • Manage Hydro Sourcing Tools Landscape. Act as Tool owner, ensure Key users training in all regions, support the team, identify development needs to lead together with Digital team.
  • Support Hydro Sourcing in the definition, formalization, and deployment of global & regional tools in collaboration with Sourcing Process & Compliance Leader and Sourcing leaders
  • Support initiatives on Digital environment impacting Sourcing
  • Animate Hydro Sourcing Initiatives network
  • Represent Hydro Sourcing in tools management boards

Qualification/Requirement

  • Master’s degree in engineering or Business Administration with experience in Operations
  • 10 -15 years experience in Operational Supply Chain or similar environment
  • Office Software (Word, Excel, Power point, Outlook, Visio)
  • SAP
  • Global awareness on Digital technologies
  • Experience with Tableau, Daitaiku, or Power Bi
  • Proficient in English, in a global environment and matrix organization
