Job Description

Essential Responsibilities

  • Development and improvement of internal processes for the supply of panels (raw cubicles);
  • Development and improvement of internal processes for the assembly of Protection and Control panels;
  • Management and development of suppliers (raw cubicles and panel assembly);
  • Conduct approval processes for new GA suppliers (raw cubicles and panel assembly);
  • Be the main interface between project teams and manufacturing engineering;
  • Manufacturing Management focused on QCDE (Quality, Cost, Delivery and Environment) and Lean Manufacturing principles;
  • Develop and coordinate continuous improvement processes in GA test platforms using the LEAN Manufacturing tool;
  • Specialist in the implementation of Lean Manufacturing in productive activities;
  • Develop and coordinate continuous improvement processes in the GA test platforms and together with suppliers (raw cubicles and panel assembly), using other quality tools such as PDCA, 5W2H, MASP, etc;
  • Manage process improvement projects to improve productivity, reduce costs and increase customer satisfaction;
  • Coordinate team meetings and communicate the production results and KPIS;
  • Monitor the entire value chain of the process, eliminating or reducing waste in activities that do not add value;

Qualifications / Requirements

  • Degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Quality / Process Engineering.
  • Knowledge in quality tools;
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD tool;
  • Fluent Portuguese proficiency
  • Advanced English proficiency
  • Advanced Spanish proficiency
  • Available for Traveling in Brazil or abroad in project assignments
  • Expertise in SPCS panel assembly processes (desirable but not mandatory)
