Engineering associated with the manufacturing process. Responsible for departmental operations planning/execution or is focused on execution of professional activities within a technical discipline. Functions with some autonomy but guided by established policies or review of end results.
The job allows modification of procedures and practices covering work as long as the end results meet standards of acceptability (quality, volume, timeliness etc.).

Job Description

Accountable for:

• Project management and Lead of big tool RFQ, Design review, manufacturing follow up, acceptance test, installation, commissioning and Support for series production.
• Risk assessment and control per machinery directive ISO 12100, Process risk assessment and control with GE EHS in the phases of the project execution.
• Bolting operation assessment including wind turbine interfaces compatibility, ergonomic assessment and necessary means identification & definition;
• Lifting interfaces assessment, means identification and definition;
• Work at height collective protective definition including necessary means, wind turbine interfaces compatibility and ergonomic assessment
• Tooling and Fixtures designing, drive cost reduction;
• Daily problem solving
• Complete all other tasks that manager assigned;

Qualifications Required:

• Project management experience,
• Design experience on customized tools Experience on commissioning activities,
• Global traceability, quality assurance and digital control strategy for Large machinery assembly process (semi-automatic, full-automatic, multi head bolting, manual bolting),
• Lifting & rigging experience: using standard accessories and/or customized lifting tools,
• Experience in implementing moving lines and equipment/operations to move Large -heavy loads,
• Experience implementing EN ISO 14122, ergonomic assessment,
• Experience implementing machinery directive ISO 12100,
• Manufacturing process experience to follow up manufacturing and ensure quality insurance during manufacturing phase,
• In depth knowledge of complicated system and assembly technology; familiar with the ASME/Din/CE relative standard,
• Problem solving mindset, PLM user, CAD user (NX), ANSYS user,
• BS of mechanical and/or electrical with the working experience for the large assembly projects as engineers more than 5 years,
• Demonstrated leadership and organizational skill.

• Fluent in English and mandarin (verbal & written); can communicate with foreign expert. have a good adaptation to other cultures and can cope with them.
