Essential Responsibilities
- Manage strategic projects with end-to-end responsibility for budget, quality, results, safety and schedule
- Partner and collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholder and functions within the Offshore Wind Business
- Manage the planning and implementation of a project and facilitate the project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Develop project plans including tasks, resource requirements, budgets and timelines
- Identify and address project risks and recommend appropriate resolutions/ mitigations.
- Develop project budget in consideration with cost optimization
- Ensure project execution within defined budget and timelines and establish suitable KPI’s to measure success
- Conduct regular project status meetings with project team and provide progress status, delays, and issues to management and internal/external stake holders as well as clients.
- Conclude project lessons learned sessions and assess results for improvements
Qualifications & Requirements
- Significant technical experience of offshore wind turbines
- Significant experience in the offshore wind operations
- Experience with operations from a SOV, JUV and CTV are beneficial
- Knowledge of project management techniques and tools
- Basic financial and ERP system expertise
- Experienced in defining work packages and managing those
- Experienced in managing bigger project teams
- The role requires 30% of travel activity
- Fluency in English
- Proven ability to work In a cross-functional and global environment with remote and diverse teams
