Essential Responsibilities

  • Manage strategic projects with end-to-end responsibility for budget, quality, results, safety and schedule
  • Partner and collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholder and functions within the Offshore Wind Business
  • Manage the planning and implementation of a project and facilitate the project scope, goals, and deliverables
  • Develop project plans including tasks, resource requirements, budgets and timelines
  • Identify and address project risks and recommend appropriate resolutions/ mitigations.
  • Develop project budget in consideration with cost optimization
  • Ensure project execution within defined budget and timelines and establish suitable KPI’s to measure success
  • Conduct regular project status meetings with project team and provide progress status, delays, and issues to management and internal/external stake holders as well as clients.
  • Conclude project lessons learned sessions and assess results for improvements

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Significant technical experience of offshore wind turbines
  • Significant experience in the offshore wind operations
  • Experience with operations from a SOV, JUV and CTV are beneficial
  • Knowledge of project management techniques and tools
  • Basic financial and ERP system expertise
  • Experienced in defining work packages and managing those
  • Experienced in managing bigger project teams
  • The role requires 30% of travel activity
  • Fluency in English
  • Proven ability to work In a cross-functional and global environment with remote and diverse teams
