We are looking for a proactive, friendly, and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team and deliver a high level of support to our clients and technicians.

Position Overview

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for handling incoming calls, assisting customers with service requests, scheduling technicians, and providing clear, accurate information about our solar and electrical services.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
• Schedule service appointments, installations, and follow-up visits
• Communicate with technicians regarding daily schedules and work orders
• Assist customers with project updates, service timelines, and basic troubleshooting
• Create and update customer profiles, work orders, and notes in the system
• Provide product and service information clearly and professionally
• Follow up with clients after service calls or installations
• Manage email communications and customer messages
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer care at all times
• Support office staff with administrative duties when needed
• Processing warranty claims
• Setting up repair appointments and follow-ups.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Bilingual English & Spanish strongly preferred
• Experience in customer service, call center, or administrative support
• Knowledge of solar or electrical services is a plus but not required (training provided)
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Strong organization and multitasking abilities
• Ability to remain calm and helpful in a fast-paced environment
