Job Description
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our team, providing expert maintenance, repair, and installation services for a diverse range of HVAC systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge, field service experience, and the ability to interpret schematics and HVAC design plans. This role offers the opportunity to work on various projects including air conditioning, refrigeration, Heat pumps, Mini Spits, ERV's and Gas Furnace's A valid driver’s license is required for this position. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, refrigeration systems, Furnace, Mini Spit and Heat pumps. Perform routine maintenance and equipment repairs to ensure efficient operation of HVAC and related mechanical systems. Read and interpret schematics, HVAC design plans, and technical manuals to accurately troubleshoot issues. Install new HVAC equipment and components following safety standards and manufacturer specifications. Utilize tools such as refrigeration gauges, and multi meter. Maintain detailed service records and documentation of work performed. Ensure compliance with safety regulations during all service activities. Assist with property maintenance tasks related to HVAC systems when required. Requirements Proven experience as a service technician in HVAC. Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in HVAC/R systems,and equipment repair. Ability to read schematics and HVAC design plans accurately. Knowledge of refrigeration, and electrical troubleshooting. Field service experience is required. Familiarity with HVAC/R equipment installation, maintenance, and repair procedures. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is mandatory. Ability to work independently in the field with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards.
