We are an ecosystem of 100+ changemakers, sustainability experts, and impact-driven startups working to connect corporates, NGOs, and young professionals with vetted sustainability projects. This is not your typical internship. It is an opportunity to work on real-world sustainability challenges, collaborate with industry leaders, and gain hands-on experience that goes beyond theory. Internship Roles

We are looking for motivated individuals to join us in the following areas:

  1. Founder’s Office – Operations Management: Support the core team in managing projects, coordinating key initiatives, and improving internal processes.
  2. Founder’s Office – Team Management: Assist in onboarding, engaging, and managing interns and volunteers across different projects.
  3. Social Media Interns: Create, schedule, and manage content across platforms like LinkedIn and Instagram to amplify climate action efforts.
  4. Business Development – Strategic Partnerships: Identify and build collaborations with corporates, NGOs, and startups aligned with our mission.
  5. Research Intern - Primary and secondary research to support impact assessment and communication strategy projects.
  6. Human Resource Interns: Support the human resources department in various functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance.
  7. WebDev Intern: React Development Intern to actively contribute to production projects, demonstrating proficiency in modern JavaScript (ES6+), React Hooks, and state management (e.g., Redux or Context API).


Who Should Apply?

  • Undergraduate, postgraduate, or fresh graduates looking to work on real climate action projects.
  • Individuals eager to be part of a growing sustainability-driven community and engage with industry leaders.
  • Those willing to commit a minimum of 3-6 months to gain meaningful experience and make a tangible contribution.
