We are seeking a high-caliber Regional Sales Leader to spearhead the growth of our Unitary and VRF (Variable Refrigerant Flow) product lines. As a key member of our Regional Leadership Team, you will architect the sales strategy for high-efficiency climate solutions, including Ductables and VRF systems, across major Indian markets.


This is a "Command Center" role for a leader who excels at the intersection of technical engineering and aggressive market expansion. You will lead a high-performing team of Outside Sales and Design engineers while collaborating across business streams to dominate the plan-and-spec and design-build markets.


Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the annual operating plan (AOP) for Unitary products, ensuring strict adherence to booking and revenue targets.
  • Ecosystem Management: Drive engagement with HVAC Consultants, MEP contractors, and builders to ensure our solutions are specified in major commercial projects.
  • Team Excellence: Recruit, onboard, and coach a premier sales and design team. Foster a culture of high performance, accurate forecasting, and "Proactive, not Reactive" problem-solving.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor dynamics and market trends to develop contingency plans and maintain a dominant market position.
  • Operational Oversight: Manage the full sales lifecycle—from lead generation and quotation to order conversion and revenue realization.

  • What We’re Looking For
    • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or a related technical field).
    • Experience: 10+ years of proven success in HVAC Sales Leadership. Deep knowledge of VRF, Ductables, and the Indian HVAC landscape is essential.
    • Influence: A "Matrix Leader" who can drive results through teams that do not directly report to them.
    • Mindset: A "Builder and Architect" who can work independently while contributing to a global brand’s regional success.
    • Communication: Exceptional English fluency (written and spoken) with the ability to present complex technical solutions to C-suite stakeholders.
