About the Role


We're seeking a Contracts Manager to take responsibility for managing the full contract lifecycle across APAC projects with a specific focus on front-end contract review and negotiations.


Location


Manly office with hybrid working.


Your key responsibilities:

  • Commercial risk management in accordance with the corporate playbook.
  • Project delivery support.
  • Liaison with internal and external stakeholders to ensure commercial contracts are structured, negotiated, and executed effectively.
  • Drafting, reviewing, negotiating contracts to get them ready to be finalised.
  • Providing pragmatic risk advice.
  • Continual improvement in the speed, quality, and simplicity of contract formation and management processes, without compromising compliance or quality.


Essential requirements:

  • An engineering, business, commerce or legal degree or qualification.
  • Some experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating complex agreements with external stakeholders in renewable energy, construction, infrastructure, mining, engineering or equipment industries.
  • Sound understanding of contracts, risk and compliance.
  • Familiarity with CRM/ERP systems and contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to work well in team environment.
  • Australian citizenship or permanent residence.


Preferred requirements:

  • Exposure to APAC markets and multi-jurisdictional contracting.
  • Experience supporting claims or dispute resolution.
