The Team
Our Sustainability and Environmental Assurance Group are a growing team of 20 environmental and sustainability experts that deliver projects across the UK and internationally. We work across multiple sectors including Defence, Energy, Government and Industry. We are looking for a student that would be excited to get involved in a range of our services, from the development and implementation of Environmental Management Systems (EMS) for £Multi-Billion acquisition projects to supporting clients to develop decarbonisation strategies, roadmaps and transition plans. In an exciting opportunity to gain further exposure to our parent company, KBR, you will support our colleagues to characterise, and understand, the organisational risks presented by a changing environment and the opportunities available through the global transition to Net Zero.
Skills
As a consultancy, we are looking for highly motivated, innovative, organised and inquisitive people. There are some key skills that set the basis for a successful career in consultancy, so we’d love to hear examples of how you can demonstrate the following:
Due to the nature of the work that Frazer-Nash Consultancy undertake, candidates will be required to undergo pre-employment screening and must be able to satisfy clearance criteria for UK National Security Vetting.
Our Recruitment Process

Step 2: Measure Potential - Arctic Shores’ task-based assessment. You will be asked to complete some exciting, engaging tasks which will enable us to get to know you better! In return, you’ll receive a personalised feedback report.
Step 3: Video Interview - Situation based & technical questions that are related to the important criteria needed to be successful on the role.
Step 4: Explore Interview – This one-hour virtual/in-person interview includes the opportunity to learn about what we do and find out more about what a career at Frazer-Nash has to offer. You will also be asked a combination of competency and technical questions.
Step 5: Decision/Feedback - You will receive feedback no matter the outcome of your final interview.

- A multi-tasker: with the ability to support multiple projects concurrently through solid organisational and time management skills, capability to work both autonomously and collaboratively, providing regular updates and feedback to the Group.
