Job Title: Heat Pump Technical Support Engineer
Working Model: Full-time / Hybrid (D-A-CH Team)

We are now seeking a Heat Pump Technical Support Engineer to join our after-sales team in Germany and Austria. This role is essential for ensuring our customers and partners receive excellent technical support and service for our heat pump products.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers and installers via phone, email, or on-site when necessary
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to heat pump systems, including installation, commissioning, operation, and maintenance
- Support customers and installation partners with technical questions and system configuration
- Collaborate with internal technical, engineering, and R&D teams to resolve complex technical cases
- Assist with commissioning and troubleshooting of heat pump systems when required
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, FAQs, troubleshooting guides, and user manuals
- Ensure customer satisfaction through clear communication and effective problem-solving
- Collect and share recurring technical issues and customer feedback with product and R&D teams
- Stay up to date with heat pump technologies, regulations, and industry developments
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, HVAC, Renewable Energy, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn heat pump and HVAC technologies
- Basic understanding of heating, cooling, refrigeration, or heat pump systems is a plus
- Good communication skills in English (German skills are a strong plus)
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel within the D-A-CH region
- Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to customers and installation partners
- Previous experience with heat pumps, HVAC systems, or technical support is a plus but not mandatory
