Form Energy is hiring a Staff Supplier Industrialization Engineer, Electronics to serve as the definitive technical and quality authority for our contract-manufactured (CM) custom electronics including PCBAs, electronic box builds, and high-power harness assemblies. Reporting to the Global Supply Management team, you will own the end-to-end industrialization lifecycle, from early-stage DFM and supplier selection through mass production and "cradle-to-grave" quality accountability. As a Staff level engineer, you will architect the quality frameworks—including PPAP and APQP—necessary to ensure our electronics partners scale with world-class reliabi
lity.

Own the Quality Lifecycle: Lead the development and execution of the Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) for all electronics assemblies, ensuring suppliers meet rigorous standards for PCBA, SMT, and complex box - builds.Architect Manufacturing Standards: Determine the methods, procedures, and evaluation criteria for new electronics programs, leading the formulation of top-level assembly (TLA) processes that align with Form Energy’s long-term scaling
- targets.Lead Complex Resolutions: Act as the primary technical leader to resolve high-impact production issues, networking with key contacts across Design, Reliability, and Test teams to implement systemic corrective actions
- (CAPA).Drive Strategic Accountability: Model initiative by deliberately removing blocks in the supply chain; you will supervise and mentor supplier resources to ensure Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and yield outcomes exceed organizational
- targets.Guide Early-Stage Design: Influence the technology roadmap by embedding advanced Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DFM/A) principles into early-stage designs, ensuring seamless transitions from prototype to mass pro
- duction.Global Quality Leadership: Manage domestic and international supplier relationships through deep technical audits and source inspections, traveling (20%) to ensure process stability and compliance at the factor
