Role Description

Form Energy is hiring a highly skilled supply chain professional to develop and execute the sourcing strategy for battery systemlevel components used in our pioneering ironair battery systems. As part of our GSM team, you will research markets, identify and engage suppliers, develop and execute sourcing strategies, and manage key supplier relationships with crossfunctional teams.

What youll do

• Own the Systemslevel component category and build partnerships with strategic suppliers for nextgen energy storage system scaleup.
• Serve as the primary contact with suppliers for contract negotiations, pricing, production lead times, escalations, and resolution.
• Drive commercial cost negotiations based on costmodels and market analyses.
• Monitor market conditions and technology roadmaps to proactively address supply challenges and futureproof the sourcing strategy.
• Collaborate closely with leadership, supply chain, engineering and strategic supply teams to define and execute the Systems sourcing strategy.

What youll bring

• At least 3 years of strategic sourcing, category management, or similar experience.
• Deep expertise managing procurement for bulkpurchased offtheshelf and customized components for battery systems.
• Outstanding data evaluation and analysis skills.
• Excellent communication skills and experience presenting recommendations to leadership.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally ~30% of the time.
• Bachelors or Masters in Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, or related discipline.

Base pay range

$111,830 $138,710 per year
