About the Work

This is a full-time, permanent position based in Melbourne, and is primarily office-based.

Your work will include a range of services across the following disciplines: 

• Climate and sustainability reporting aligned with regulatory and voluntary standards (ASRS, ISSB, NGER, SBTi) 
• Climate scenario analysis and physical/transition risk modelling 
• Greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions measurement (Scope 1, 2 and 3) 
• Decarbonisation planning and emissions reduction strategies 
• Sustainability and ESG strategy, risk and governance 
• Materiality analysis 
• Nature positive advisory services 
• Modern slavery and human rights.

What We're Looking For 

We are looking for sustainability professionals at the Senior Manager (8+ years) level. This is a paid role, with a competitive salary package commensurate with experience. The following skills and experience are highly desirable, commensurate with the role / level you are interested in. 

• A minimum of 2 years consulting/assurance experience in sustainability, ESG, decarbonisation & climate change consulting 
• Experience within an organisational sustainability, climate change or ESG function, ideally in a reporting, disclosure or data analysis capacity, ideally in consulting 
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels 
• High level of attention to detail and strong analytical skills, with the ability to draw insights from data sets and map out solutions to client needs 
• Possessing a collaborative spirit who contributes positively and values shared success 
• Project-management capability, including being able to navigate in a fast-paced environment.
