Internship Role: Sustainability Consulting

This internship offers a hybrid full-time role where you’ll gain hands-on experience in corporate sustainability and ESG reporting. You’ll engage directly with sustainability managers and stakeholders, learn about their biggest challenges, and support them in making meaningful impact.

Working closely with our management team, you’ll contribute to client projects, help improve our customer success processes, and get exposure to the rapidly evolving sustainability tech landscape.

What You’ll Do

• Support customer onboarding and success processes

• Help prepare sustainability and ESG-related materials

• Research trends in sustainability reporting (e.g., CSRD, GHG Protocol)

• Interact with stakeholders and communities to understand their challenges

• Assist in building customer engagement strategies

Qualifications

• Fluent in German & English (required)

• Strong interest in sustainability, ESG, and corporate responsibility

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work collaboratively, with empathy and curiosity to learn

• Organizational and problem-solving mindset
