Job: Project Manager or Senior Project Engineer Energy Efficiency

Salary : $90K-$120K, depending on experience

Location : Greater Manchester, NH area

Duration : Permanent/Direct-Hire

Were looking for a driven and technically skilled Project Manager or Sr. Project Engineer to join our client's office in Manchester, NH. This is a dynamic growth opportunity for an energy professional with hands-on experience in HVAC and building systems whos ready to make a bigger impact in the energy efficiency space.

Youll be part of a collaborative team of engineers working on cutting-edge energy-efficiency projects across commercial and industrial facilities throughout New England. What Youll Do

  • Conduct ASHRAE-level energy audits and site inspections to identify efficiency opportunities.
  • Lead energy engineering studies, including HVAC system analysis, retro-commissioning, chiller plant optimization, and industrial process evaluations.
  • Collect and analyze field data (e.g., air/water flow rates, loads, electrical usage) to validate opportunities.
  • Develop scopes of work, coordinate with contractors, and prepare cost estimates.
  • Present findings and recommendations to facility owners, operators, and other stakeholders.
  • Travel within New England (1030%) to client sites.

What Were Looking For

  • Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in HVAC design, energy efficiency, or building system evaluation
  • Strong knowledge of building systems, with industrial process experience a plus.
  • Analytical thinker with problem-solving skills and familiarity with statistical analysis.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to present technical findings clearly.
  • A motivated, team-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced consulting environment.
