Build the Revenue Engine for the Future of Protein

Pacifico is hiring a Head of Commercial to design, build, and own our entire commercial function.

This is not a management role. It is a builder role.

You will take full ownership of commercial strategy and execution, from defining target segments and pricing architecture to closing binding multi year supply agreements. There is no commercial team in place. You are the engine.

You are accountable for signed contracts, realised revenue, and commercial discipline.

We deliver cost competitive, clean label protein solutions to food manufacturers, private label partners, and foodservice operators.

We are scaling from Demo to Commercial operations and are backed by leading European FoodTech and ClimateTech investors. Our teams are based in Berlin and Leipzig.

Your Mission

You define where we win and you make it happen.

  • Identify and prioritise high value customer segments
  • Build and manage the full B2B sales funnel
  • Convert pilots into recurring, multi year supply agreements
  • Lead outreach, commercial discussions, and contract negotiations
  • Close deals directly with procurement teams and senior buyers


You design the commercial logic behind growth.

  • Develop segment specific pricing strategy
  • Structure volume tiers, MOQs, ramp agreements, and payment terms
  • Draft and negotiate supply agreements
  • Protect margin while driving scale


You bring structure to growth.

  • Own CRM and revenue forecasting
  • Establish pipeline metrics and reporting discipline
  • Align customer commitments with production capacity
  • Translate customer requirements into clear internal priorities


What You Bring

  • Deep experience in B2B food, protein, or ingredient sales
  • Proven ability to build revenue from early stage to commercial scale
  • Demonstrated success closing recurring supply agreements with food manufacturers or retailers
  • Strong understanding of pricing architecture, contribution margins, and forecasting
  • Experience negotiating with procurement teams in Germany
  • Experience in alternative protein, meat, or ingredient supply is a strong plus
