Are you passionate about climate action, sustainable markets, and driving just transitions in fragile and conflict-affected settings? Join the Private Sector & Market Systems Team (PS&MS) at DanChurchAid (DCA) as our Climate Learning & Market Systems for Spring 2025. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to climate-focused development and humanitarian work through innovative partnerships and market-based solutions.

You’ll work alongside a dynamic team engaging with private sector actors, public institutions, research bodies, and financial organizations to co-create models that promote responsible business conduct, green investments, and climate resilience.

What We Do

We design and implement collaborative approaches that integrate market systems development with climate adaptation, biodiversity protection, and environmental justice. Our work strengthens organizational and partner capacity, informs strategic development, and supports advocacy for responsible and inclusive green transitions. We also convene communities of practice and facilitate knowledge sharing to scale successful models.

We pay particular attention to the intersection of climate and conflict—supporting programming that addresses environmental fragility, displacement, and the need for inclusive green recovery in crisis-affected contexts.

  • Engaging in fundraising and proposal development for climate-related initiatives
  • Developing case studies and communications materials to raise awareness and share impact
