Role Description The Solar Technician role is a full-time, on-site position based in Kozhikode,Kannur, Kasaragod. Responsibilities include assisting with site surveys, installing and commissioning rooftop and ground-mounted solar power systems, and performing routine inspections to ensure optimal performance and safety. The role involves diagnosing and troubleshooting system issues, supporting maintenance activities, and coordinating with engineers and project managers to complete installations on schedule. The Solar Technician will follow relevant electrical and safety standards, maintain accurate service records, and provide basic customer guidance on system use and care.

Qualifications
- Knowledge of solar systems and solar power, including components, wiring, and basic electrical principles.
- Understanding of the solar industry and power generation concepts relevant to residential and commercial installations.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues in solar installations and related equipment safely and efficiently.
- Comfort with on-site work, including working at heights, using hand and power tools, and following safety protocols.
- Diploma /Fresher's/or certification in electrical, electronics, renewable energy, or a related technical field is preferred.
- Prior experience in solar installation, electrical work, or field service is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
- Willingness to travel within Kerala for project assignments and flexible to work in varying outdoor conditions.
