Role Description The Vice President of Investments is a full-time remote role responsible for leading the sourcing, evaluation, and execution of investment opportunities across frontier industries, infrastructure, waste-to-value projects, carbon markets, tax credits, and private credit. This role oversees the end-to-end investment process, including origination, financial modeling, due diligence, structuring, and ongoing portfolio monitoring. The Vice President of Investments will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to design investment strategies, negotiate terms, and manage relationships with sponsors, lenders, and other stakeholders. Daily activities include reviewing deal pipelines, leading investment committee discussions, supervising junior team members, and ensuring investments align with the firm’s risk, return, and impact objectives. The role also contributes to market research, thought leadership, and continuous improvement of investment best practices.

Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Investment Management and Investments, with a track record of leading complex transactions.
- Advanced proficiency in Finance, including financial modeling, valuation, and capital structure analysis.
- Demonstrated experience conducting comprehensive Due Diligence on projects, sponsors, and markets.
- Ability to design and implement Investment Strategies aligned with institutional risk and return targets.
- Background in project finance, private credit, infrastructure, or carbon-related markets is highly beneficial.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with attention to detail and risk management.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Leadership experience managing investment teams or mentoring investment professionals in a collaborative environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; an advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., CFA) are a plus.
- Comfort working in a remote setting, with the ability to manage time, priorities, and cross-functional collaboration across locations.
