We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Engineer who enjoys building relationships, learning technical solutions, and supporting customers in finding the best HVAC products for their needs. Whether you already have some experience in technical sales or are looking to take the next step in your career, we will support your development through training, collaboration, and hands-on experience.


Your responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
  • Support the development of new business opportunities in the Hungarian market
  • Participate in the sales process from first customer contact to order closing
  • Prepare commercial offers and help customers identify suitable technical solutions
  • Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and follow-up discussions
  • Cooperate closely with internal technical, customer service, and project teams
  • Continuously develop knowledge of HVAC products and applications


Your profile

  • Technical education
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, customer service, project coordination, engineering, or another customer-facing role
  • HVAC experience is an advantage but not required
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Customer-oriented mindset and willingness to learn
  • Proactive, well-organized, and self-motivated approach to work
  • Ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Fluent Hungarian (written and spoken) is essential
